I've been taking this product for over eight months now, twice a day as part of my vitamin regiment. It's no miracle pill. However, it's cheap and studies show it could have long term benefits. I have notice a slight increase in acne and oily skin if that has anything to do with it. I've done some research and ON Tribulus 625 is a respected product.
