sucram your a dumbass. you said lets look at the ingredients and then you show us half of the nutritional facts. muscle milk is great, plain and simple. while taking it recovery is faster, your strength increases, and you gain solid muscle. and yes, aside from all of that, it does taste good. you can't go wrong with muscle milk.
