I disagree with one reviewer. Research doesn't show Idebenone different than Ubiquinone in its benefits (Ubiquinone is regular CoQ10). It shows it does everything Ubiquinone does better, and it does things Unbiquinone simply cannot do at all...
It's the first dietary supplement of it's type to be tested in treating Frederick's Ataxia, a form of a muscular dystrophy. It's been shown to be helpful correcting irregular heartbeat. It also enteres cell membranes far more easily than can Ubquinone.
Most importantly, while both are anti-oxidants, it works better at the cellular level due to this, AND unlike Ubiquinone, it will never be pro-oxidant, as Ubiquinone IS when a subject is low in oxygen, as may be the case for asthma sufferers and so on...
I'm not a doctor, feel free to Google what I say up there to learn more of it's multiple benefits. Nothing I say takes the place of medical advice. Everything I tell you I got through web searches.
Save your money on Ubiquinone if you can. I take a multi-AO supplement with it already in there, but I take it because it also has Alpha Lipoic Acid, also, Acetyl L-Carnitine, Grape Seed Extract, Lutein and Zeaxanthin. This saves a lot of money and pills, as does this great Idebenone supplement. I'll digress.
Based on a quantity/dose measurement, it's the best value I've seen in an Idebenone supplement far and away. Taking it, I save hundreds of dollars per bottle. One can even buy vegitarian capsules and a device that allows one to make capsues if they prefer pills or the portability - or to avoid a little bitterness too.
Bulk Nutrition should be so proud of this milestone in supplementation. It's also great that in powder, one's able to take it easily, wash it down with coffee to get the little bit of bitter taste out. You'll free yourself of difficult to take pills. Keep up the good work B.N.!!! |
