Ok I'm a believer....
I've been on this stuff for 5 weeks, but unfortunately had to stop because of sickness. In this time I gained 7 pounds, while bf went down from 17 ---> 15% ! Pretty amazing if you think about it. All my exercises went up 10-15%! Paid a lot of attention to my diet. No omega 3 fatty acids like olive oil, all sorts of nuts, peanuts particularly, fishoil, etc. My daily intake was 5000 - 5500 kcal and contained a high percentage of quality proteines.
I just can't understand all the lowrating reviews here.... maybe those people should look their diet again.
