Excellent in flavor and texture. In regards to the comments about milk protein -- it is true that milk protein has about 80-85% of it's protein from casein and the remainder is whey. My main problem with the protein blend is that the first ingredient is whey concentrate. While it does have many other good things in it, I would have preferred the 1st ingredient to be WPI or at least Milk Protein. Also, it is nice to have all the fiber, but excess fiber with protein can slow absorbtion so, in a sense, this may not be the best to take right after a workout. But it's definitly not a BAD protein powder. |
