What is Selenium?
Selenium is mineral your body used to make selenoproteins, important antioxidant
enzymes which can prevent damage caused by free radicals. Selenium also helps

closely with vitamin E to provide your body with powerful antioxidant
protection.
Sources of selenium include seafood, lean red meat, liver, and grains grown
