Minerals and Dietary Polyphenols, formulated to maximize anyone’s ability to
recover from stress induced by exercise or any intense activity. Muscle
contractions from exercise are a potent trigger for muscle and tissue damage.
This trigger occurs, in part, through the generation of Free Radicals like
reactive oxygen and nitrogen species (ROS/RNS such as Nitric Oxide,
Peroxynitrite, hydroxyl, and Superoxide). On the one hand, these substances are

AntioxCene™ Usage
TRAINING DAYS: Take 1 serving (3 capsules) within 1 hour after training session,
OR separated into 3 servings of 1 capsule each throughout the day. For
NON-TRAINING DAYS: take one serving (3 capsules) prior to any meal, OR separated
into 3 servings (1 capsule each) spread evenly throughout the day. After 3 weeks
of continuous use with 3 capsules per day, DECREASE dosage to 1 capsule per day.
After 6 weeks of continuous use, take 1 week off from AntioxCene before
resuming.
HIGHLY STRENUOUS TRAINING BLOCKS – includes weeks of increased intensity of
effort, greater than 80-85 % 1RM, or eccentric emphasis with increased total
volume in his/her training block, or training sessions requiring multiple sets
(more than 4 – 5 sets) taken to failure (exhaustion)
