and metabolite that comes from soy lecithin.
What happens if you don't have enough
Choline ?
Deficiencies in
acetylcholine can cause the body to break down phosphatidylcholine for
its choline content, leading to the death of brain cells. It
protects cells of the brain (and other organs) from damage, shielding a
range of important biomolecules against toxin build-up.
How to Take it ?
