BCAAThe branched chain amino acids (BCAA's)
are a group of three essential amino acids and must be supplied to the human
body through dietary intake. They include valine, leucine, and
iso-leucine. Almost 1/3 of muscle tissue is composed of BCAA's, and
unlike the other amino acids BCAA's are primarily metabolized in skeletal
