A traditional fenugreek seed powder combined with fenugreek extract rich in galactomannan fibers and 4-hydroxyisoleucine. Galactomannan is a mucilaginous fiber that may benefit the bowel and 4-hydroxyisoleucine is an amino acid derivative.

Suggested Use:
