For those that do not like the taste of flax oil or do not find it convenient to mix into other foods, we provide this excellent oil in capsule form. Since 1 Tbsp. equals almost 14000mg. or 14g., you would need to take about 13 to 14 capsules per day to get a Tbsp. of flax oil. A smaller dosage is still of benefit to increase your omega-3 essential fatty acid consumption though.
