Like milk, Anabolic Milk Protein contains both whey and casein proteins which can be utilized between meals for daily high-protein needs; before workouts to help maintain a positive nitrogen balance; after workouts to help support recovery; and before bed to supply a steady stream of nutrients throughout the night. At the same time, Anabolic Milk Protein contains significantly lower amounts of the saturated fat, cholesterol, and lactose, and larger amounts of highly concentrated proteins (micellar casein and Colostrum) than are found in milk. More importantly, Anabolic Milk Protein is a more convenient source of protein and other important nutrients, as it has a longer shelf life because it doesn’t need refrigeration, and just one serving contains as much protein as 4 glasses of milk.
