Vitex (Vitex agnus-castus) or Chaste tree is a traditional woman's dietary supplement. It is widely used to promote overall health and balance in a woman's life.
*To ensure optimum daily dosage, each capsule contains 400 mg Vitex agnus-castus in a base of millet.
Recommendation: Take one capsule two to three times daily for eight to twelve weeks. Thereafter take one capsule daily. Vitex works slowly so it is best if used long term.
