Domestic Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping:
All packages under 6 pounds will be charged a flat rate of $5.95 dollars for Standard Shipping. More than 6lbs add $0.50 per pound. For packages under 2 pounds, USPS will most likely be the default shipping method.

Ground Shipping:

Under 10 lbs $6.50 for ground shipping UPS. For all packages over 10 pounds rates will be based upon weight and destination.  Any damages or claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the package.

Special Shipping:

All other special shipping methods are priced as determined by UPS or USPS.




Hawaii and Alaska
USPS Priority Shipping method must be selected for orders to Hawaii and Alaska. For questions, contact customer service, or refer to the shipping rates calculated on the checkout page.

Sales Tax:

For any orders shipped within Massachusetts, all non-food items will be subject to a 6.25% sales tax in accordance with state law.

For any orders shipped within Pennsylvania, all items will be subject to a 6% sales tax in accordance with state law.

PO Boxes
All PO Box orders must choose USPS Priority Mail.

Note: Weekends and holidays do not count as UPS shipping/business days.

Business days are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday If your delivery day falls on a holiday your package should be delivered on the next working day.

What about Military Orders: Apo, Fpo addresses?
All Military orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Depending on product availability and location, orders should arrive at your Military Address within 3-5 business days. Delivery time from the military address to you can vary. USPS provides delivery confirmation to military address only. Any damages or claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the package. If the package is damaged, take the damaged package to the military postal unit and file a report.

International Shipping Options

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Refund Policy

Please call us (484) 668-1581 during our normal business hours (M-F 8am-6pm Eastern) for return authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in the original container, in sellable condition in order to receive credit. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to authorized returns requested within 15 days of your receipt of shipment. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to authorized returns received after 15 days and a 25% restocking fee will be applied to unauthorized returns. Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. Customer is responsible for all freight charges.

Protein/Nutrition Bar & Probiotics Policies

During the warm summer months, some melting and changes in consistency of protein bars is to be expected during shipment. Bars are always kept at appropriate storage temperatures in our state-of-the-art warehouse facilities. Any changes in consistency occur as the result of delivery vehicles which we have no control over. In ordering bars during the warm months the customer assumes full responsibility for any changes in consistency. We recommend placing the bars in the refrigerator for several hours and then storing in a cool, dry place.

Our Probiotics arrive in cold packs from the manufacturers and are refrigerated in our warehouses upon receipt.  

We recommend you refrigerate probiotics upon receipt.

 

Back Orders

Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. If any of your items are on backorder, we will ship you in-stock items immediately and out-of-stock items as soon as they are available and at no additional charge to you.

Split Shipments

Occasionally, in order to provide you with the best service and fastest delivery of your items, we may need to divide your order into two or more shipments among our multiple nationwide distribution centers. It is possible that items in your order could be shipped from two or more distribution centers.
